Nicole had her Surgery last Tuesday

Hello everyone, We are so thankful to all of you who have donated, share posts and checked in with is. Nicole had her Surgery last Tuesday. Both she and donor are doing well and at home recovering. It's been amazing to see this journey thru and see both doing so well. We love and appreciate each of you for your kindness and support of Nicole this past year. Surgery has been Scheduled

"Hi Friends and Family, I wanted to give you all an update on my kidney surgery. I received good news yesterday that my donor has agreed to move the surgery to September 1st. I'm nervous and grateful to have this opportunity. Thank you God and my angel (kidney donor). Lou Vic Santiago and I will keep you posted on how it goes once its complete. I FOUND A DONOR

"Hi Friends and Family, I wanted to give you all an update on my search for a kidney donor and let you know that I FOUND A DONOR! I was informed by my coordinator that they found a match and surgery is scheduled for November. I don't know who the donor is. I'll keep you updated as the surgery gets closer. Kidney For Nicole S Event at Honey Butter Cafe!

Honey Butter Cafe will be hosting an event with extended hours on Wednesday, March 17th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm to raise awareness for kidney donation and support my search for a kidney donor. The exclusive night will have a special menu and a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to my cause. We will practice social distancing and masks are required. I hope to see you there! We have billboards and publicity on the news!

Thank you everyone for all of the monetary donations to our GoFundMe. We were able to rent digital billboards through Lamar. They have graciously put me on 14 billboards across Milwaukee and 1 in Sheboygan for the next 4 weeks! I was also featured on new stories on Channel 12, Channel 58, and Telemundo in regards to my search for a kidney donor. We have a few inquiries on how to be a kidney donor and what the process entails but as of today no match yet. Nicole Santiago
